Official language of the meeting and of correspondence is English.

 

Accreditation

The congress will apply for accreditation by EACCME.

 

Certificate of Attendance

Certificate of attendance will be available at the Meeting Registration and Information Desk.

 

Leave of Absences

Leave of absence forms/letters will be given to participants by Unicon Mice. This letters can only be used for leave of absence. Participants who have these documents are supposed to pay their own fees.

 

Secretariat Services

This service will be carried out by Unicon Mice at convention center.

 

Cancellations

• All reservation cancellations must be reported to Unicon Mice in writing.

• If notified by March 1, 2025, the full registration and accommodation fees will be refunded. 

• If notified between March 1 and April 1, 2025, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded. 

• Cancellations made after April 1, 2025, will not be refunded.
